Mibco gave me wrong information!!!

I phoned Mibco JHB to find out where to send my forms to claim my money. The lady who answered told my to fax all the documents through and they will handle everything from there. She also told me what I must send with. I got all the documents together and faxed it through. Today when I phoned, 2 weeks later I was told by Shereen that they do not except faxes. What the he'll!!!! Now I must wait 8 to 12 weeks for my money and I need it like yesterday allready.
