mibco funds not paying out

I Have been waiting over 4 months for my provident funds from mibco and every time when you phone them they have some sort of excuse even when you wan to talk to a manager they can not assist you regarding your funds the prevouis time I have waited over six months for my funds although all my documents has been submitted a week after I have resigned and still up to date mibco can not assist when my funds will be paid .<br> I feel strongly any company out there should choose another provident fund administrater as mibco do never come to the aid of the employee better to make sure where your provident fund gets paid over to before you sign up for provident fund at the employer
