MIBCO - DISGUSTED

Disgusted at the pathetic service (or lack thereof) received from MIBCO... is it due to ***** and *******ion, or just plain TERRIBLE SERVICE, how are their employees able to have clear consciences when they are happy to accept their salaries/wages for DOING NOTHING... After months of submitting a straight-forward claim, no communication, no notification, after visiting their local offices in the Eastern Cape, numerous unanswered phonecalls, then only after contacting head office were (EMPTY) promises made, but still months later, not even a whisper of the status of the Claim .... Perhaps there should be another institution which would be willing to take over from MIBCO - there should be empathetic or at least competent staff !!!! SIES !!!
