MIBCO disappointment

Absolute worst service and help regarding Provident Fund Payouts. I sent all my documents, I follow up weekly without any great feedback. Just every week I get told that it will take more weeks than the previous time I phoned. From 5 - 6 weeks to 8 weeks and today I got the answer : no one knows how long it will take. This is absurd. Each month my contribution was paid without hesitation, and now suddenly when you need feedback from them they can’t help you. Or they don’t want to. I am not in a place where I don’t need the money. I actually do need it, but no one cares. I wonder how many calls I would have gotten if my monthly contributions weren’t paid. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend Provident Fund from MIBCO if you have a choice. All my documents have been received by MIBCO on 4 September 2020, I cannot comprehend how it is still dragging on almost 2 months later
