Mibco claim fail !!

I have emailed my Mibco papers to claim more than 3 weeks ago and still i keep following up every week, no one can tell me anything regarding my claim. Can someone help me! I follow up twice a week and still no contact, email or sms from them. Someone isnt doing their job properly.
