Lousy service

I am very disappointed with MIBCO services i claimed on the 15 June today is the 30th of July so much for 4 to 6 weeks its just **** and to think this is my money and i am the customer their service is ******* with the current situation where we all depending on the withdrawals to put food on the table and they are busy playing God with our lives all i want is my hard earned money not excuses and wait another 8 weeks .
