*********** Employees with Lack of Service

We closed our business in Aug 2015. Mibco allocated a payment made for one of our branches wrongly, consequently one account is in arreas with about R10000 and the other account is in debit with almost R10000. Mibco refuses to acknowledge that they made a mistake. Every month I get an email that says we owe them R10000 and they owe me R10000. But they want us to pay the R10000 even though Ive sent them all proof of payments as well as a complete recon to show that it was just a miss allocation but you get no response when I try to phone the phone rings few times and just go dead.
