Incapable staff who cannot submit my claim!!!

I am a mother of a 6 year old and a 5 month old who are depending on my provident fund money for many things,I have loaded this claim in Jan this year which was only captured in February. Despite that I kept on phoning and emailing but no one bothered to assist me. I was told that Nolwazi was handling my claim, I phoned for her for weeks and I got no communication back from her, I then emailed her supervisor who was never at work named Joyce who rep**** to my email telling me that she will get Nolwazi to contact me.... I await that God given day. I paid my prov fund for 6 years and now it's as if you people have ****** my money. I need answers and I need my money surely this does not take 4 months!!!!
