I am so disappointed and heart broken

I am writing this complaint I am really hurt what they’re doing to my dad . He’s been trying to claim his money for the past 2 weeks they keep saying they’re working on it I don’t understand what is taking so long they said they will help after 48 hours but they did not they had to change my Dad initial cause they spelled wrong now it seem like it a big deal I am so heartbroken what they doing , i even called the MIFA asking about the issue they told me that it them who need to help my dad .. he really need his money he worked so many year to get such treatment from you guy ,if you have a sympathy in you , you will resolve this issue cause if my dad died without getting his money I’ll make sure that every social media knows what are you doing that you are ****ing people giving them false hope that you will help them his number is *** please help my dad he really need this money
