Frustrated at Mibco office Eastern Cape Gqeberha

It's been weeks since I have resigned from my company. submitted all the documents correctly at the mibco offices in my region. Weeks have now passed again and not a single effort was made to initiate my withdrawal claim with the fund. instead I am receiving negative and rude responses from the people who work there. I am going to follow up everyday now and aggressively pursue my withdrawal claim. Clearly their jobs are too much for them. If no progress is made then the situation would have to be escalated to the ombudsman to investigate why these claims are not being seen too. being told I must just wait while my claim is laying there is unacceptable. with an added waiting period of 4 to 16 weeks after they submit my claim to the jhb offices.
