Divorce Claim Payout

<p>My fiance got divorced last year in April and she was supposed to get half of the provident fund as per the divorce papers, the forms were completed and sent throungh but nothing was paid out. Every time we go and find out they tell us that there were circumstances and they cant tell us why. </p> <p>I find this unacceptable because that is what has to be paid out to her and every time there is some or other issue.</p>
