DEATH CLAIM QUERY

I have submitted documents to this company, on the 10th of September 2024 my Mum was declared deceased. Since September 2024 i am trying to get hold of them regarding documents for my 2 siblings and myself. Till current date i am still awaiting for my documents to be sorted regarding my late mum. This is unacceptable its been 6 months now going to the 7th month, the services are very poor. We are claiming for whats right with documents provided but I don't understand how hard can it be to process documents when everything is provided with proof. I hope posting this can help me get some answers.
