Claims and withdrawal of pension fund

Worse experience I have ever had. Hope to never deal with Mibco ever again. So after leaving the motor industry I moved to a company that fell under the finance industry. I assumed that my pension fund moved over but never did. So in May 2020 I requested forms to for a withdrawal of pension fund. The process started in June 2020, after a struggle of 2 months where I had to contact them all the time, finally all the required documents were in place. After phoning them again they told me that the payment request was sent on the 6th August 2020 and it takes between 6 to 8 weeks to receive payment. I phoned again to follow up and was told there is a huge back log due to covid and I will just have to fall in the que and wait. Tomorrow is the 1st October, exactly 8 weeks of waiting and still no payment. It does not even help to contact them as the consultants are so rude and unhelpful. They do not have any dignity, passion, care or respect.
