CLAIM TAKING TOO LONG AND YOUR RUDE AGENTS

My dad (ANTHONY SILVER) submitted his MIBCO claim on the 23rd January 2015 and has still NOT been paid out. Everytime we call the *** we are told that its still in \process"and when we ask what process the agents fail to tell us details but only that its waiting for auth..really!! from the 23rd January..and it'll take another 2weeks for it to get paid out and if the claimant doesn't get payment within 2weeks"
