Claim

This is a very poor poor and unprofessional experience, I never come across with this poor service in my life. A lady by Nolwazi Mthiyane seated with my claim for a period of over three months now. She still haven't processed yet. When I call in she told me that documents needed, while documents sent to her 8th of September. She drop my call. Now she is not answering anymore.
