Bad service mibco

I submitted my claim in July at mibco l got an sms that they have received my application a month has passed without any progress on my application l phone almost every day am being told different stories today l spoke to Lebo twice she told me that mibco cabt pay me because am still on payroll with my previous company when l phoned again they tell me its being processed the way that mibco is treating people its not good how long should l wait for you to pay me the airtime that l spent to call and you don't give me a genuine response
