Bad service

I app**** for provident fund on the 31st January 2025 and on the 04th of April 2025 i went to the offices to check when can i expect payment and i was told that my payment is stuck on EFT which doesnt make sense. Contact Oratile on ***. I will take this matter further if this matter is not solved in the next 48 hours as its been more than 8 weeks. now
