Appalled

After spending 1 working day at home affairs and banks and also postal office, I had the horrible nature of having to hear my application for my provident Fund to be paid out i get told by a Call Centre agent that i have to wait up to 2 weeks for my application to be even looked at. I marked it for a Supervisors attention and then also get told i have to wait for her work load to be less for my application to be even looked at, During this time it has been 4 days since my application was sent, I get told that there is nothing that they can do and there is no way of them resolving the issue or even assisting me the person who pays this every month from a salary that in anyway to speed this process up i get told " ya " not even a professional way of dealing with the person@!!!! shame on you MIBCO i am posting this on social media and every outlet i can even newspapers!!! disgusted!!!
