Appaling service

Since early May I have been sending my documents for provident fund. I have been hoinh back and forth with mibco employees. In June I have received confirmation that documents has been received and an sms confirming it is in progress. Early in Jule I called Bellville office to follow up and was advised that payout normally take 8 weeks the lady I spoke to still confirmed when claim was processed and counted how many weeks till payout and advised early in August and advised that I should just follow up first week in August. I called back Monday 3rd August and was advised to call back after 2 days because of systems being offline. I called back this morning to be told a different story again. I was now advised that it's gonna take 2-3 months because of backlogg they only working on May and June's claims now which is appalling, completely disgusting! You people are messing with our livelihoods the lady I spoke to today had the attitude that we just need to wait! I kept asking her timeframe she keot telling me about backlogg and after I continuously asked her how long she eventually said 2-3 months! Another 2-3 months????
