absolutely bad service

<p>I am waiting now almost 2 months for a claim to be process and one excuse after the other. I have made contact with one of the managers Annamarie vd Merwe to be the superviser of the claims what an bad excuse for such a bad superviser. I have mailed this lady over 50 times in 4 days with not any joy from this woman. I have asked her many times whats happening with my provident payout. One excuse after another. 1st they have not receive the discharge form after i have submitted it to their office in person and received an sms that they have received it. Then the nexst excuse is they have not received the arears from my company after one of my frends from the same company resigned the same time as me and have waited 4 weeks and his payout was done. I am waiting almost 2 months. What the hell. I have asked to be contacted and still to date no response from this lady Annamarie vd Merwe. This lady is the most ****ested excuse for a worker in such a big company at Mibco. Good luck to all persons that have to deal with this **** excuse for a worker.</p>
