9 months and still no pay out - provident fund

Waiting nine months for my husband's provident fund pay out - so far just have a reference nr. pathetic, no answer at call centre or Mifa. Supp**** all necessary affidavits. What is happening at Mibco, why do we pay our Mibco monthly payments every month ? When you need them, nothing, cannot even reach them. Can somebody please help
