3 months and still no clear answer??????

<p>I resigned from my previous job at the start of June. On the same day as my resignation I sent in all of my forms for my pension claim to be processed. On the 29th of June only I heard back from Mibco where they asked me for some additional documents. I e mailed the documents to Molly from the JHB offices, and she confirmed that she recieved and all is in order. Late August I still had no word on my claim and I called again, they told me that the claim had only been submitted that week, AN ENTIRE 8 WEEKS after I initially submitted all my documents. I was advised to call again in September to follow up, which I did. They then told me that all was in order and my claim will bhe paid out in the next 4 weeks. I phoned again today, was transferred to 5 different people, only to hear that they need my documents WHICH I SUBMITTED TO MOLLY MAFIMADE ON THE 29TH OF JULY ALREADY! </p> <p>A very friendly lady by the name of CAndice from the KZN region then tried to assist me as no one from the JHB region was answering, but to no avail, it was then established that they did recieve my documents but no further information was availible on my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic! I trusted them with my money every single month for two years, and now it seems that I cannot claim what is mine. I have never had such poor service in my life. I will never invest with MIBCO again. </p>
