Pathetic customer service no way of speaking

I hired a tent for my sister's wedding for the 5 December 2015 Reece calls me this morning confirming delivery as a concerned customer I speak to him about the remarks on Facebook giving me no chance to speak screaming, swearing, falsely accusing me of calling him yesterday he screams telling me they don't need my money he cancels the tent,after I asked him to speak to a manager or owner he tells me he wouldn't wanna speak to you and he puts the phone down in my face I'm sooo disgusted, only to find out his but only the driver of the company after my friend made a false booking to try and get his details no apology no call back no email reply and the wedding is in Saturday
