Faulty kids ride and poor service!

After over a dozen backwards and forwards emails for a simple hire request for kids party furniture. The person on email just could not reply to a straight forward request. The kiddies ride which came with the party order was faulty and did not work at all! On calling they advised then had no other options available. The table covers did not work as the chairs could not fit underneath so I didn't even use them. All in in all terrible communication via email and phone and an inferior product. I will never use them again nor recommend them.
