Rogue company

This company is colluding with rogue tow truck companies to take people's cars into their possession without the car owner's knowledge, and then ask for exorbitant fees which amount to thousands in order to release the car back to their owner. My car was involved in a motor vehicle accident on a Friday afternoon, and when i asked the tow truck driver to tow it to my premises, they did not. When my car did not arrive at my premises, i went to look for the tow truck driver who informed me that he had mechanical problems with his truck and therefore took it to this Miami Towline company. It is there that i was informed that i would have to release my car at an amount of R17311.00 just for being kept there overnight. When i informed the very rude lady at reception that i did not instruct for my car to be brought to them nor was i aware that it was in their possesion, she said it has nothing to do with her. I would like people to know that this company is running a money making **** together with other tow truck companies.
