Mia Supplies/Africa Supplies

I responded on a adverti*****t on Google. It was a company selling generators called Mia Supplies/Afica Supplies. They sent me a WhatsApp and an email to confirm which products I want to order. On their website it states free delivery in South Africa. They sent me the quotation and banking details. I ordered 2x generators. They confirmed the payment. They said the delivery would be in the next week. After a week we started to struggle to get hold of them via phone. When we got hold of them eventually, they said the truck was hijacked but the generators will reach us in 4-12 working days. After 2 weeks of phoning they said there was an error on the quotation and that we must pay an additional R5000 delivery fee. We suspected that something was not right by then. After 2 days they said we can only pay R2500 then they will deliver the generators. We asked people in Cape Town to look up the business for us since we live in Limpopo. They said it a residential property. We have people that will bring us the generators when they come to visit us. The person at Mia Supplies says that it cannot be done that way due to their security policy. We paid them on 24 August 2020, the initial money of R17000. Now they don't want to refund us or even deliver the generators to us. They also are not picking up any of 3 numbers we have.
