Total con!! Stay away!!

Total con job!! I can't believe that I was taken in by these people. The parcel was in transit for weeks and then the delivery date kept on changing. Delivery date is now 11 Feb! Last week! They told me that my parcel would arrive with the Courier Guy. The Courier Guy told me that they had no record of my delivery and that the tracking number did not exist.! as somebody said they reply to your emails instantly, but it is obviously computer generated! I have asked the Courier Guy to report them. Should I block my credit card?
