Mia Bella Co-owner needs help!

I was told by Monique that " for ***mentation I recommend microneedling in combination with a laser treatment. I see the best results with that". Trusting her, as she is the "expert" , as well as the fact that my daughter speaks well about her experience with the same treatment (although not done by Monique), I made a booking for both treatments. After the first microneedling treatment Monique promised that my skin would flake and beautiful skin would birth. I felt a little texture change just above my nose, but that was all. Still believing her I went for the 2nd treatment, thinking maybe after this one, I would have beautiful skin. After a week there was no change and informed Mia Bella via whatsapp on 11 December 2021. On the 21 December (10 days later) I had not heard back from them, and whatsapped again, this time asking for a refund. On the 22 December, she whatsapped back informing me that they are extremely busy and she apologised. What she neglected to mention in her previous communication which she now informs me of is "and on both of these the treatments will help but seeing a difference in ***mentation one will need to do regular treatments" Had she been upfront with me from the beginning about this I would not have started the process as financially I would not have been able to afford more continuous treatments to have a result. I once again asked for a refund. On the 3rd of January 2022, she whatsapped to let me know she will not be refunding me (as apparently she had told me this before....this is untrue) and is waiting for her brand rep to give feedback. I did not hear anything and whatsapped on the 7 January 2022 to ask if she got feedback from her supplier yet, and off course there has been not response to date. I believe that she was not qualified to do those treatments and as co-owner of Mia Bella, she has no Customer Service skills - terribly concerning and disappointing. The Company's benchmark " the benchmark of our success is our client's satisfaction and their treatment results", has been short lived due to her!
