very bad service

I made a payment buying a phone redmi note 8 on Tuesday the 14th of April , I never received any communication from them. I sent 2 follow up mails already no response ,I text them on Facebook messenger they only read my complain but never bother to respond . My order status is over "processing" am in the dark now not knowing what's really happening ...I would really advice someone not to buy anything from MIA AFRICA their service is really a nightmare
