Poor service - Don't buy from them

Absolutely shocking shopping experience with this lot. I ordered a product exactly 7 days ago, have not received any communication to date. This is highly unacceptable considering that they are over the delivery days (5 working days) they promised delivery to fall within. Very unprofessional and will certainly not be using their services ever again
