No Product received

I purchased replacement straps for my Xiaomi MI band 4 from their website and sent them a POP on the 4th of June. Since then I have not received the product or my money back. I have tried multiple channels, website, calling and email to get the issue resolved but nothing has worked. This site is a black hole, lucky for me it was a relatively small amount. I would not recommend you purchase anything from them no matter how small. The service is atrocious. Stick to the well known retailers. You have been warned.
