Horrible service from Mi-Vami Killarney Mall

Horrible service from Mi-Vami Killarney Mall. It took over 20 minutes to get one milkshake even though there were no other customers and clearly no delivery orders because staff were busy talking and eating their own snacks at the back. Every time I asked where my order was I was told "it's coming" and then staff would hide behind the separating wall so that I couldn't see them. Only when I eventually asked for my money back I was given this poor excuse for a milkshake. It basically looks like they just dropped a scoop of ice cream into a chocolate mixture. First time I tried this place and it will definitely be the last.
