Bad service at mi-vami silverstar

Silverstar franchise has really poor service. Very poor time management with regards to preparing the food and with regards to helping customers. First dish of chips that came as a large, but advertised as a burger and chips combo was raw and cold. No ambition in doing their work. We visited the franchise on 4 Oktober 2018 at about 18h50
