Terrible customer service

Worst place ever to buy. The owner and his wife dont have any manners. They dont have any personnel outside to check the operator loading the sand the one thats suppose to help was on the phone. They damaged our truck and when my son complaint about it the owners wife spoke to my son in a very poor manner even swearing at him. My husband went to sort it out and she said she was sorry. We had everything on video, they even deleted the sound from the video they send us so that you cant hear the way she was speaking to my son. The next day my son went back her husband told my son that if he had a problem with his wife then he must talk to him also with a very bad attitude. But his wife said she was sorry and had a bad day, she agreed that she was wrong speaking to him like that. Let me say this, they have very very bad customer service, bad attitude even if its their mistake. Maybe you must grow up!!!
