MINI BUILD

I bought 6 pallets of paving at mini build on the 21 September 2021 and on the 22 September 2021 I collected 3 pallets I went to the store on the 27 September 2021 asking them for a refund for the remaining 3 pallets and I told them I don't have a receipts and they said I should find someone who can buy on my credit and I did but they said they need an original I made them aware from the beggin I don't have the receipts and I am willing to do an affidavit and give them a copy of my ID And they still refuse to refund me but they have their 3 pallets in the store with them I am disappointed at MINI BUILD I
