****** Arrogant enterprise / owner

We had made a reservation in writing/ personally and telephonically with the manager Dave and with the owner over 2 months ago. However, a few minutes upon our arrival and in the midst of setting up table we were told to leave the premises. The manager chef calls me aside to say the owner wants us off his premises as our luncheon party was going to interfere with their MK party's event. They , by the way, had arrived to no knowledge of the staff. The boss arrogantly blamed his manager and drove away (to purchase food for this party) leaving us dumb founded. Dave, in his defense tried finding out alternative venues, but that too was going to be at an additional cost. However, after much words were exchanged, we realized that they were not going to understand our plight and we left. Fortunately Piatto in Carlswald Midrand managed to accommodate our party and we ended up having a wonderful time there. The waiters and food was excellent so all in all that ended well for the birthday girl. However, I must express, if you are NON BLACK do not support this Mhulu Luxury Boutique Hotel as it's clear this is a ****** enterprise. The owner is an arrogant man who selects who he wants to be seen with. He definitely is not a worthy businessman but out for fame only and is not a man of his word.
