Unprofessional and uncouth client service

Horrible overall experience with these ones. Infact just stick to whoever your insured with for your loved ones.

Imagine being helpless without a claim, what more when you have to claim. Very unprofessional staff. The WhatsApp line is worse, who so ever that is administrating it is the best at unprofessionalism.

I have never receiveid such terrible service from a service provider
