Poor living conditions

Not even a 1 rating worth. Very poor living conditions in Umlele Heights Estate. No water at all times since November 2025. You can't even go to the toilet no water to flush. Disgusting and you not told the truth. Same poor excuses all the time. Very sad and disgusting
