Extremely Poor Service and Broken Delivery Promises
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from MHG Couriers. My parcel has been marked "out for delivery" since Thursday. Today I called multiple times to confirm that it would definitely be delivered, as I urgently need the contents before school starts tomorrow. I asked for an accelerated delivery service. I personally spoke to the driver while he was in Caledon on his way to Villiersdorp with my parcel. Hours later, after I had been waiting all day, he sent me a message saying that the box doesn't fit in the vehicle and that delivery would only happen tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable. How does a parcel make it onto the delivery vehicle, get scanned as "out for delivery," travel all the way to my area, and only at the end of the day does someone realise it "doesn't fit"? Why wasn't it transferred to another vehicle earlier if this was the case? To make matters worse, my husband even called after 5 p.m. and offered to collect the parcel in Caledon himself, but the driver ignored his calls. Poor communication, empty promises, and a complete lack of customer service have left me without an urgently needed parcel. I opted for faster delivery, yet I've experienced delays, wasted an entire day waiting, and now I'm expected to wait even longer because of what appears to be poor planning. I cannot recommend MHG Couriers based on this experience.

Good day Once again my Shein package is being delivered by Buffalo Couriers (uses MHG as their third party) and has been out for delivery twice but still haven’t received it ! I have to plan my things and sit and wait for the package but then I don’t even get ‘ TERRIBLE
