WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I bought a Boomerang XXL Big Wheels Trolley Bag Pink on the 28th of December 2024. After 2 week the one wheel was faulty already. I made contact with this company and the promise was to pick up the bag on the 21st of Match (arrange to get it picked up because it is school holidays. The bag was only picked up on the 25th of March. The agreement was to have the bag back within a week because it is school holiday. It is now the 11th of April and I have still not receive the bag back yet. The guys in despatch makes empty promises, they never phone you back as promised. Yesterday I was told that the Bag is on one of their truck, only to find out that this is not the case. It was only requested with the courier company to pick up today and delivery day is only next week Wednesday Why lie to your customers .I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINES WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
