Wil chargé you for something that you're not supposed to be charged for then ignore your calls for a refund!

Still waiting on my refund, got charged for delivery when my address was within the radius. Sort of received help from one lady who gave up after my last text enquiring about my refund. Absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever! Just another profit seeking concern.
