Terrible after sales service.

Very disappointing. Purchased a number of items for a large amount of money, one of the items has stopped working and they are making it my problem to have the item sent in for repairs. "Returns policy" was not explained at time of purchase. We live very remotely, paid extra for delivery of goods but now sit high and dry, we run a lodge and cannot carry out our duties because of defected press bought from MHC World, very bad after sales service, very bad.
