SMEG gas hob missing accessories

I bought a SMEG gas hob early October at MHC World in Central PTA. The stove was delivered not in its original box some story like it rained on the package and only to find out it doesn’t have accessories. I have been fighting with them the whole November with no luck. I am currently stuck with a SMEG that I can’t use and with no CoS for gas so I can’t even get a certificate of occupancy based on this terrible experience
