Poor Customer Service

I am in the process of making a purchase, customer service is so pathetic. Made an enquiry via Whatsapp, was given Whatsapp number for the division that deals with my preferred product. I sent message a couple of messages and there was no response, came back to the Whatsapp number that appears online to complain. I was told that i was wasting my time by bringing that to the attention of the consultant. It looks like the consultants need more training or it could be I was attended by a bad one.
