Pathetic service!!! Worse service ever experienced anywhere!!!!!

This is the WORST retail store purchase I have ever experienced in my life!!! This store is sitting with my money and stove for the last 2 weeks. I paid delivery upon order. Delivery fee was paid upon purchasing the stove. This people is asking for an additional R950 before they release my item. You can never speak to a manager when requesting one. Everyday i call for an ETA, i get placed on hold until i drop after 15-20 minutes realising they are not putting me through to anyone who can help. Yesterday i asked for a manager and i was put through to someone who checked my order number and assured me my item was out for delivery. Today Amon tells me they are still sitting with the item, it wasn’t released yet. Pathetic service!!!! I asked to be refunded as i urgently need a stove to cook for my family, They asked for my bank details but still no acknowledgment or confirmation that my refund is being processed. Dont buy here!!!! They are pathetic and it seems like *****!
