Pathetic Service or *****

Placed an order 7 days and paid R3000 and was promised delivery in 3 days. They do not respond to emails and put the phone down on you. Eventually got through to one *********** ******** individual who promised to phone me back. No returned call - as expected. Will submit dispute form to my bank to reverse payment. These charlatans will not get away with this. Pathetic service or **********?
