No delivery of item ordered

I have ordered shoes with them, i have not received them, i have called multiple of times to find out where they could be, they keep on saying they will find out with the courier company and will get back to me, and they never get back to me.... I don't even know if this company is *****ulent or not. Because even their tracking system doesn't not move and the number for the courier company does not go through.
