Mhc won’t refund me for wrong defy oven

Really bad. I had bought a defy double oven on the website it says 60cm which in what I wanted. They delivered wrong one and I called them they are giving me run arounds about fetching there defy double oven and refunding me it’s really bad because they promised to call me to arrange for return they not doing it thier sales people and not even helpful for my online order if you buy from them just know you are on your own should anything happen. They asked me to send picture as a proof I did and they still won’t refund me I want my money I will buy somewhere else and would never set my foot in thier store or in thier website
