Dishonest business

I bought and paid for 8 bath towels and received only 7. When I reported it to the online manager he said that we had to follow the process. He promised to send footage of where the security counted 8 towels. They sent a WhatsApp to saying "Good day sir Please see the footage below as discussed" There was no footage that followed. My whatsapps were ignored after that. All I want is the missing towel I paid for.
