Good Morning I hope this finds you well I am writing to you very disappointed after waiting for the hole 7 day for the deal to be approved after all that waitting i was called and I was told that the deal is approved so i can come and collect the phones angle to find out that the sales landy changed the deal that i was intrested on As i gote to the MHC i was told that Vodacom did not approve for the Samsung A23 i was approved for the Samsung A13 of which that is not was I come for After convincing me to take A13 because it's a great deal from the first one then I agree, when i must gate the phone I told that the system is pending that very same panding that i was waiting for the past 7day that tells me that i have another 7 days waiting again As I was told that the deal take about 4 to 24 hours to approved I am very disappointed about MHC and the sales lady that was helping me i will never advice people to go to HHC for the contracts I experiences horrible service at MHC Thanks David Ngomani
